My purchase is a Christmas gift, can I return it after Christmas if it isn’t suitable?
Absolutely! We have currently extended our returns period until the end of January for Christmas gifts. Items can be returned to us in the original, saleable condition for an exchange or refund. For more details on returns or to download a replacement returns form go to our Returns Page
How do I return/exchange an item?
Please complete the returns form that would have come with your order and make sure you include your contact details and state clearly if you would like a refund or an exchange. Re-package the items you are returning and pop them in the post to: LeMieux Returns, Woodington Road, East Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 6DQ, United Kingdom.
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged. You will receive an email once your return/exchange has been processed.
I haven’t received a refund for my return, when should I contact you?
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you still have not received your refund after this time, please get in touch with our returns team at [email protected] or call on 02380814360.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason, then we will refund or exchange any items returned to us in the original saleable condition within 60 days starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
If you are concerned that an item you received may be faulty, please contact us immediately on 02380814360. We may require photos of the items so we can record any issues. Do not continue to use the item as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
I have received my order but there is an error or something is missing
We hope that your order arrives in perfect condition, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If there is something wrong with your order please contact our customer services team who will rectify any errors as quickly as possible Contact Us.
