Ros Canter

Reigning World Champion and resilient competitor Ros has a strong yard behind (and beneath) her. Lordships Graffalo (Walter) contested his first five-star at Badminton this year, finishing second, while Pencos Crown Jewel (Jasmine) took fourth place at Bicton five-star last season. Ros is based at her family farm at Hallington, Lincs. A competitive yet not overconfident young rider, Ros took a summer job with Judy Bradwell that turned into four years of intense training and a string of successes at World Championship level. In 2019 she took just a month out of the saddle to have her daughter Ziggy, with husband Chris McAleese. She trains with Caroline Moore, Ian Woodhead and Chris Bartle. Pencos Crown Jewel stepped up to five-star at Bicton in 2021, finishing fourth. Lordships Graffalo (aka Walter) is a British-bred SHB(GB) 10-year-old gelding who was bred by Lordships Stud at Writtle College. Ros has produced Walter from a three-year-old. He made his five-star debut in 2022, finishing second at Badminton – the only horse to complete on his dressage score. Ros is only the fifth rider in elite eventing history to win three majors in a single season and the fifth rider in history (and third British woman, following in the footsteps of Lucinda Green and Ginny Elliot) to win both Badminton and the World Championship. New prospect Izilot DHI is a winning contender at 4*, and the future looks bright.

Kitty King

Olympian and International 5* Event Rider Kitty King is the only British rider who’s represented her country at all levels – pony, junior, young rider and senior. She is currently ranked 13 in the world. She was in the silver medal-winning team at the European Eventing Championships in 2015 and went back to take gold in 2021 and 2023. She is an accomplished producer of young horses and has taken medals at major international young horse championships. Kitty comes from a sporting family; her mother Jane competed at Badminton and Burghley, sister Charlotte has played Rugby for England and sister Lucy has represented Britain in athletics.

Yasmin Ingham

The Isle of Man’s Yasmin is already an accomplished athlete, at her young age. She represented Great Britain at the European Eventing Championship 2023, clinching Team Gold. Yasmin is currently ranked 16th in the world. Yasmin had a phenomenal 2022, coming second at her first ever 5* at Kentucky riding Banzai du Loir, and following this up not only with an impressive selection for the World Championships but also by becoming World Champion, riding against the best in the world. With her ambitions set on Olympic glory, she is a member of the current World Class Podium Potential Pathway, and Wesko Equestrian Foundation Academy.

Boyd Martin

U.S. Eventing Team member Boyd Martin is an accomplished five-star competitor who has represented the United States at three Olympic Games and is currently ranked top three in the world. Boyd has competed at four consecutive FEI World Championships and is a Pan American Games triple gold medallist. Part of the U.S. Eventing Team that’s on the way to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, in 2023 Boyd placed top 10 in three international CCI5*-L competitions and captured more than five individual wins at the CCI4* level. He operates Windurra USA out of Cochranville, PA., with his wife Silva, and their three children.
